Google font saved but missing from Outreach

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The legacy Outreach font menu derives Google font families from the school’s configured Google Font URL, then adds standard fonts. Confirm the saved URL parses into the intended family and reload the actual editor; page branding and a new composer’s font menu are not automatically identical. Support needs the selected editor and URL to explain its absence. A font being selectable also does not guarantee every receiving email client supports it.
