Export Smart Ask values from a personalized workflow

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

In the enabled newer Outreach workflow, open the segment's Personalizations and its configured giving-form workflow. After configuring Smart Ask Amounts and checking readiness, use Export All Tokens in the tokens table or select people and export those rows. Clear the search before exporting the whole audience: Export All Tokens preserves the active search filter. The export is queued and its download link is emailed to the requesting user.

The CSV includes default_ask_amount and suggested_ask_amount1 through suggested_ask_amount6, along with constituent identifiers and private personalized URLs/tokens. The exported values follow the workflow's selected ask source and overrides; uploading gift history alone is not a configured personalization workflow. Protect the recipient-specific links and review missing values/processing rather than assuming every uploaded donor already has generated asks.
