Exact generated-footer address location

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

For the automatically generated postal-address footer, use Online Giving → School-Level Settings → Other → Physical Mailing Address. Save and test the outreach. This changes the generated address, not a separately designed email-body/footer block. Preserve the generated unsubscribe controls.
