Email unsubscribe IDs require constituent email matching

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

For the email unsubscribe export, constituent IDs are found by matching unsubscribe email addresses to imported school constituent email addresses, then exporting those constituents’ unique identifiers. Uploading IDs alone cannot establish that email association. Import both the stable ID and correct channel contact information through the configured constituent importer and rerun the export. Investigate the particular outreach and texting report separately before promising historical IDs are restored; an uploaded recipient ID alone is not the email export’s lookup source.
