Check DNS domain verification succeeded

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open the email domain’s details and inspect its DNS record validation/status. Verify should return Successfully validated the email domain when the provider confirms all required records; failed validation gives reasons to resolve with school IT. Recheck after DNS propagation and send a test from the domain. Clicking Verify alone is not proof of success, and domain validation is not a guarantee of inbox placement.
