Annual birthday emails

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach workflow schedules each message once; its sequence types are event invitations, reminders and follow-ups, not annual birthday triggers. The birth-date filter compares full dates, including year, so it is not an annual month/day birthday audience. For an ongoing birthday program, maintain the appropriate eligible birthday audience outside that filter and create or clone, review and schedule each dated send. Recheck recipients, email permissions and current birthday data for every send; cloning does not create an annually repeating automation.
