Sorority or another activity missing from a cohort dropdown

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

The Activity cohort condition uses the active school's imported Activity records. Its choices are distinct activity descriptions, excluding activity types configured as promoted activities. The condition itself requires that the school have activities. A value existing in a different constituent field, school/unit or CRM does not automatically make it an Activity choice.

Check the exact source field and import mapping for the sorority/group, the active unit, whether matching Activity records were imported, and whether their activity type is promoted. Ask support to inspect those facts and refresh the relevant metadata if needed. Do not guess a separate Sorority filter or tell the user to reimport all constituents without locating the missing value's source.
