For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.
A separate Reunion campaign is not required merely to use an advocate link: the link points to a specific eligible campaign or giving form. Identify that destination and use its advocacy/unique-link report to review the volunteer’s attributed gifts; repeat for other destination campaigns as needed. The legacy Volunteer Actions export reports activity/identity, not a gift-conversion join, and a personal link is not automatically an attribution link. In the newer Volunteer Management Outreach Hub, conversion metrics count distinct tracked donation/event targets from eligible outreach-origin sessions, not every later gift, and per-template totals can overlap. There is no basis to treat an Online Giving report lacking a Reunion label as proof of zero impact. Support must inspect the actual existing links/interface to determine which historical gifts were tracked and whether a reliable cross-campaign extract is available.
