Opportunity officer mappings

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

Opportunities distinguish one primary gift-officer association from multiple secondary gift-officer associations. A custom text field containing an officer ID is not automatically an officer assignment. When a source file contains several officer columns, have the importer configuration reviewed against the opportunity gift-officer association mapping before importing; do not assume the two visible mapping labels impose a two-officer limit or map extra IDs to arbitrary custom fields. Include the exact column headers and configuration preview, excluding confidential sample values. Include a redacted screenshot of any unfamiliar mapping fields when contacting Support.
