Multiple cohorts and Legacy segment values

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

A constituent can belong to multiple cohorts, each populated from its own query. For the legacy constituent segment field, one mapped source cell can contain semicolon-separated names. Assigning that field replaces the entire prior segment set, so include every intended value. Cohorts can independently query membership in each segment. Confirm that an existing “Prospect Pool” column actually maps to this field before applying the delimiter recipe; a second identically named CSV column is not an automatic second cohort mapping. Test overlapping records and the cohort refresh result before broad import.
