Cancel Outreach locked within 30 minutes

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

For standalone Outreach, schedule changes/cancellation are blocked when the scheduled time is 30 minutes or less away. Before that cutoff, clearing an allowed schedule returns the message to draft. Contact support immediately with the outreach identity if it is already locked; do not assume cancellation, deleting a draft, or a recall is possible once processing has begun. Sequence timing follows separate controls.
