Attach a PDF such as an event parking permit

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

In the Outreach email editor, use its Attachments control to upload the PDF parking permit, then verify it appears and send a test. The control accepts PDF, GIF, JPEG, PNG, ICS and CSV and limits combined attachments to 5,000,000 bytes; the server can have a configured limit. This applies to an Outreach email, including a supported event-sequence Outreach, not every automatic event notification template. A link to an approved publicly accessible PDF is another option when attachments are unavailable; test recipient access.
