What the volunteer activity colon pair means

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

The volunteer drilldown legend defines the colon pair as activity within the past 30 days : activity within the current fiscal year. Thus 0:0 is zero in each time window, not zero out of 42 assigned constituents. Assignments Contacted counts distinct constituents with qualifying recorded notes (gift/non-gift conversation, other, or updated contact information); Emails Sent is a separate activity metric. Work performed outside GiveCampus and not recorded is not included in these counts. Check the displayed role and scope when comparing volunteers.
