Access to administer the volunteer email-template library

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

The legacy VMS template-management screen requires VMS administrator access. Its template policy checks the school's VMS edit-access list; ordinary Online Giving access does not confirm this permission. Have the school's authorized access administrator review the appropriate VMS role for the staff member's existing account. A volunteer's ability to use or edit their own template does not grant management of the school's library. Newer VMS interfaces have separate policies, so identify the screen when access differs.
