Campaign picker selects existing campaigns

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach campaign link picker lists existing campaigns at the institution. Create the campaign first, then select it when composing Outreach. A campaign is different from a designation/fund: several campaigns may offer the same destination fund. Configure the intended designation on each giving experience and test its link.
