Administrator requests to unsubscribe a recipient

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The standard Outreach Email Unsubscribes screen is a view/export report, and managing Unsubscribe Topics creates or edits topics; neither provides a administrator action to add a recipient opt-out on someone’s behalf. Recipients can use their own email unsubscribe link. For an opt-out received by staff, immediately exclude the address from planned sends and ask authorized support to record the correct persistent topic/school preference. A per-outreach exclusion is not a permanent unsubscribe across all future messages.
