Remove a campaign from volunteer My Assignments

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

In legacy VMS, open Roles → Fundraising Campaign Settings. For each affected volunteer role, use Remove Campaign on its configured campaign association and save the Sfp Dashboard settings. Remove all associations for roles that should show no fundraising campaign, then preview a volunteer with the intended active role. The My Assignments campaign comes from the active role’s configured campaign association, not from a search for currently active campaigns; merely ending a fundraiser does not necessarily clear that role configuration. This removes the dashboard association, not the fundraiser or its gifts.
