Obsolete imported affiliations

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

Do not delete and recreate constituents to remove an obsolete affiliation. VMS stale-data processing can track missing affiliation assignments as stale records and remove their stale settings when those affiliations appear again in imports. Review the applicable import mapping, latest run and affiliation stale-data records. The absence of a value in a new file does not alone establish that the existing affiliation has been deleted.
