Archiving volunteer-created Legacy email templates

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

In the legacy VMS admin Email Templates screen, Archive Email Template is shown for admin-created VMS templates and deliberately hidden for volunteer-created templates. Being a school administrator does not expose that button on a volunteer-owned template. Have the volunteer manage their own template or ask Support to review an authorized cleanup; do not treat archiving an admin-created template as proof that every template has the same controls.
