Deliverability report link says no permission or expired

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

The deliverability export emails a CSV download link to the requesting user; the email says it expires in 30 minutes and is requester-only. The download policy requires sign-in as the file's owner or GiveCampus staff. A different school administrator is not automatically allowed to use a forwarded link. Return to the requesting account and school before opening it.

The application checks authorization before testing file availability, so a permission error does not by itself mean expiration. If the file is no longer available, regenerate the report from the reporting screen and open the new link as its requester. This export is CSV, which can be opened in spreadsheet software; it is not a separate promised XLSX attachment. Do not share the temporary link or attempt to bypass its owner restriction.
