Quoted phrases in Legacy constituent search

Legacy advanced constituent search uses any-word matching across its searchable fields. Quoting a multiword organization name is not a supported exact-phrase operator. Use available structured filters or filter an authorized export for the exact activity/organization value; broad search results do not establish membership in the exact group.
