Export VMS notes for an external CRM workflow

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

The enhanced RE NXT constituent import is inbound; it is not a general VMS outreach-to-RE constituent-attribute sync. NXT action export handles eligible interactions marked for export, while manual VM2 notes are explicitly created without that export flag. For manual VMS notes, the Notes Log export contains constituent CRM ID, date, author and text, which a data administrator can map through an approved RE import workflow. Outreach Log and Volunteer Activity Stats have different columns/scopes; the activity summary is not a row-by-row contact-action export. The exact RE attribute mapping and Crystal report update belong to the institution’s RE configuration and must be defined there.
