Fund splits and conditional challenge reveal

A gift with multiple actual designation allocations can export to multiple NXT fund splits using each designation's mapped fund and amount. The exporter does not automatically turn one designation into a 50/50 split between two funds. Collect/configure two allocations or arrange an approved downstream accounting workflow. Challenge eligibility dates and page-section visibility are distinct. No automatic reveal control based on a fundraising threshold, half-time, or another campaign's completion is exposed in the match/challenge editor. Plan manual presentation changes and check every public surface; hiding a section or campaign discovery card is not a privacy boundary or proof that an active challenge is hidden everywhere.
