NXT payment method and GL post-date mapping

The export maps actual payment types to NXT methods; recurring-gift payments use Other for several methods because of provider constraints. GL post date follows configured captured/deposit/export-date behavior. There is no generic fixed historical date or force-all-CreditCard setting in these paths. Review accounting requirements with integration support before changing business rules.
