Double the Donation is not restricted to production by the setup code. Its visibility depends on the form setting and school partnered status, and setup validates the public key with the external provider. Sandbox testing therefore needs appropriately configured credentials and provider authorization; it is not a built-in mock. Ask Support to coordinate the test configuration rather than assuming that sandbox account access enables the integration.
