Disabled deposit Push to NXT

The deposit report disables Push to NXT when the deposit has no export run available for review. Switching an integration to manual export does not prove historical deposits have reviewable runs. Review the actual destination environment and export history before generating or retrying work; a previous sandbox connection alone does not confirm the cause.
