Default code on new NXT constituents

For GiveCampus integrations and API.

The constituent-creation payload includes default email, phone and address types, but no default constituent code. Do not confuse importing NXT constituent codes with assigning one during export. Use the appropriate NXT workflow or confirm a supported enhancement.
