How to use

Use the school’s authorized integration/data-source settings for SFTP accounts, Salesforce, Blackbaud, and external integration settings. Complete the connector’s own authorization flow and inspect its configured source/export mapping before relying on synchronization.

For Blackbaud gift/event exports, use Gifts to Review and the relevant export-run/row views to resolve missing constituent matches or export errors. Review a specific row’s status before retrying or skipping it.

Webhooks and email-marketing tokens/lists have separate management surfaces. Use the supported connector configuration for the intended destination rather than an internal callback URL.

Troubleshooting

An authorized connection is not proof that imports/exports are scheduled, all mappings are correct, or a particular record synchronized. Capture integration name, run/row ID, destination, and redacted error. Review the matching error before creating another record.

Confirm synchronization frequency, supported CRM versions, retry behavior and integration availability against your school’s configuration and current connector documentation.
