Connect CRM systems, SFTP, webhooks, and email marketing

Choose the connection that matches your task. Integration settings are separate from importing a file or reviewing a gift for export.

• School Dashboard → Integrations → Blackbaud RE NXT: Configure and review the school’s available NXT integration settings.
• Online Giving → Manage Gifts → Gifts to Review: Review eligible NXT gift exports. The page is titled Review Payments; resolve the displayed record associations or designation issues before export.
• School Dashboard → Integrations → Salesforce: Access the Salesforce connection where available.
• School Dashboard → Integrations → SFTP: Create and manage credentials for the supported school file-transfer workflow.
• School Dashboard → Integrations → API Keys: Generate and manage API credentials. Store new secrets securely; they cannot be retrieved later.
• Online Giving → School-Level Settings → Webhooks: Configure the supported webhook integration.
• Online Giving → School-Level Settings → Email Marketing: Manage supported email-marketing connections.
• School Dashboard → Data Import → Import Files / Import History: Configure/run imports and inspect their results.

These controls depend on predefined administrator roles and the school’s enabled products. If a menu is missing, ask your school administrator to review the person’s assigned roles and relevant campaign/form/event access. The capabilities within a role cannot be edited individually; a role that allows one integration task does not automatically allow every integration task. Do not create a second CRM record merely because the matching or export step is unresolved. For troubleshooting, identify the integration, source record, error and time; exclude credentials from support messages.
