Use payment methods and verify a bank account

How to use

Choose from the payment options displayed on the form. Available payment options include card, bank/ACH, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and DAFpay-related flows, but that does not mean each option is available for every school, gift type, or recurring schedule.

For bank verification, follow the secure verification link supplied for your account or gift. In the saved-bank-account microdeposit flow, deposit amounts are entered in cents with no decimal. Use the instructions on your actual verification page; other bank-verification flows can differ.

Troubleshooting

“Invalid donation or verification token” means the gift/link combination cannot be verified. Reopen the original email link and seek support if it still fails. “You have no bank account to verify” and “already been verified” are different outcomes; do not keep entering trial amounts.

A bank payment being initiated is not necessarily a settled payment. Confirm the gift’s recorded status before describing it as complete. For unavailable payment methods, ask the school about its enabled checkout options.
