Use your institution's public SSH key

Open School Dashboard → Integrations → SFTP → + New Credential. Enter a description, choose Public SSH Key as the credential type, and complete the public-key and network fields shown. Click Create Credential and save the connection details securely. Use the public key, never the private key.

In Integrations → SFTP Access create a credential of type Public SSH Key and paste the public key generated by IT. Keep the private key at your institution; configure the uploader using that private key and the SFTP account information. This differs from a Username/Password credential. Continue using the configured import filename and upload directory.
