Inactive and do-not-email addresses in the NXT constituent import

For the NXT-to-GiveCampus constituent integration, email records returned by the NXT email-address endpoint are not excluded merely because inactive or do_not_email is set. The importer stores those flags with nonblank email addresses for matched constituents. Importing an address is separate from permission to contact it: do not infer that importing it subscribes the person or guarantees every messaging workflow suppresses it. Verify the relevant channel suppression configuration separately. This describes NXT-to-GiveCampus import, not a reverse export of all emails to NXT.
