Create and deactivate API keys and find API documentation

An authorized administrator can open School Dashboard → Integrations → API Keys.

1. Click Generate New API Key.
2. Enter a recognizable Token Label for the integration.
3. Click Generate API Key and securely save the displayed secret. It cannot be retrieved later.
4. Configure the intended integration using the supported API documentation and verify its access.

Use Active Tokens to locate a credential. Choose Deactivate when it should no longer be used; integrations using that token will stop authenticating. Deactivated Tokens shows prior credentials. If rotating a token, update and test the integration before deactivating the old one.

Keep tokens out of tickets, shared spreadsheets and public documentation. API access does not mean every endpoint exposes every product record or supports every write operation; check the documentation for the particular endpoint.
