Completed event becomes inactive in NXT

The NXT event export maps inactive from the GiveCampus event’s state and exports its name and dates/times. When GC data changes, the update service can resend these fields, overwriting edits made only in NXT. Keep shared event details in the authoritative GC configuration. To keep a past event active in NXT despite synchronization, ask the integration team for an approved retention/setup alternative rather than repeatedly changing NXT and expecting those edits to survive synchronization.
