Checking constituent import and enabling Events separately

In Data Sources → Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, confirm the connection and the constituent-import switch, then compare a small known set of source constituents with their GiveCampus records and mapped identifiers/fields after an import. A connected badge only shows authorization, not a successful import; if expected changes are absent, Support must inspect the import run/error status. Basic constituent import, gift-history import, gift export and event export are separate settings. You can keep gift export off while configuring/enabling Events export, subject to school access and required event/constituent mappings; verify a sample registration export before relying on it.
