Authorized gifts and NXT export timing

Do not state that every authorized gift must wait for payout before entering NXT exports. Deposit export uses paid contributions in the deposit. Hourly export includes authorized gifts when its configured timestamp is captured_at; the missing-gifts checker uses the same distinction. Investigate the school's configured export timestamp/method and actual rows before explaining a missing gift. Authorized status alone is not evidence that the donor bank has fully cleared funds.
