Already entered gifts and bulk Skip All scope

Reconcile a gift against its Blackbaud record before retrying an export or skipping it. Review errors explain what must be corrected; actual row details are required. The Skip All review action changes all applicable reviewed rows to skipped and cancels their associated export runs. Do not use that broad action to remove only a few manually entered gifts without checking the complete scope. Skipping an export is not deleting the donation or validating the external gift.
