Registration API attendee - registrant identity

For GiveCampus integrations and API.

The current Events registration API includes is_registrant on each serialized attendee. Use that boolean instead of assuming the first attendee is the registrant or matching names. If a live response lacks it, provide the endpoint/version and response shape for investigation.
