Outreach suppression exports versus the public integration API

The supported constituent/gift integration API does not expose an Outreach opt-out or invalid-number synchronization endpoint. Do not build against authenticated internal UI endpoints as a supported integration contract. Use Outreach Reporting Email Unsubscribes, Text Opt-Outs and Invalid Numbers exports for reconciliation. Imported constituent solicitation codes can enforce configured channel exclusions, but they are not the same as reading/writing native opt-outs or invalid-number records. Ask Support to confirm any separately provisioned integration or migration arrangement before promising automatic bidirectional synchronization.
