Understand No Payment and N A on a pledge commitment

The commitments table can include confirmed commitments without a recurring subscription. In that case the Pledge ID, schedule and subscription Actions can display N/A. This is not automatically an abandoned submission: a permitted single pledge without payment information can complete without creating a subscription.

For school users, a pending or deleted donation has no detail link; otherwise the link also depends on the ability to modify gifts for that form. GiveCampus staff have a separate link. Thus an unlinked Donation ID alone does not prove abandonment. Inspect the contribution state, confirmed time, subscription association and permission before diagnosing it. A subscription's Cancel/Modify actions require an actual subscription and relevant permissions; do not use recurring cancellation instructions for a row that has none. Have support review correction of the underlying commitment in that case.
