Request help with a lost SFTP password

Existing SFTP password secrets cannot be displayed again after their initial credential popup is dismissed.

An authorized administrator can go to School Dashboard → Integrations → SFTP → + New Credential. Enter a Description, choose the appropriate Credential Type, and complete any Trusted Network fields required for your integration. Click Create Credential and save the new connection details securely before dismissing the popup.

Update the uploader or scheduled integration to use the new credential and test it. Delete an old credential only after confirming it is no longer needed; deleting it stops integrations that still use it. If you cannot manage credentials or are unsure which process uses the old one, ask your institution’s integration owner or GiveCampus Support for help. Do not send passwords or private SSH keys in a ticket.
