Private activity CRM identifier

For GiveCampus integrations and API.

The activity editor has no general custom external-ID field analogous to the event-level identifier. Integrations can map the native activity ID in registration API data to a CRM event. Do not put private CRM identifiers into public activity names/descriptions merely to emulate a hidden field.
