NXT event creation versus an existing date-coded event

The connector creates an NXT event for an active GC event when no stored external event mapping exists; subsequent updates target the mapped external event. Manually creating a similarly named/date-coded NXT event does not confirm that mapping. Avoid creating a duplicate manually, and have support inspect existing mappings before attempting to resolve two already-created events.
