Emma campaign group missing after connecting credentials

Connection verification and campaign list creation are separate operations. In the Email Marketing list flow, select the existing Campaign/Giving Form and choose Create Email Marketing List. For past donors, use Sync Existing Donors after confirming the list. The selector omits deleted/archived projects and projects already associated with a list; a missing choice may already have an association that support needs to inspect.

The Emma connector creates the remote group and stores its returned group ID. Re-entering credentials alone does not prove this operation succeeded. Check the saved campaign/list association, provider response and synchronization status. An Emma solicitation-removal rule must also target the correct resulting group; the GiveCampus list alone does not confirm the external rule's configuration.
