Understand the maximum gift amount on a standard USD form

When creating a non-phantom USD contribution, validation rejects amounts of $1,000,000 or more and requires penny precision. The maximum for that standard USD entry is $999,999.99. Suggested amount buttons do not define this limit, and passing this validation does not guarantee processor acceptance. This rule does not confirm the same maximum for other currencies or special record types.
