Suppress monthly donor receipts without canceling billing

The recurring payment notification flow sends a transactional donor notice; it does not provide a per-donor successful-installment receipt mute control. Administrator Donation/Recurring preferences are staff notification settings, not donor receipt suppression. Do not cancel or alter billing solely to stop emails. Ask authorized support about an approved exception where required; mailbox filtering is separate from product delivery.
