Staff permissions to change recurring gifts

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

Viewing recurring gifts does not grant modification access. The modification permissions are assigned to Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, Gift Management Admin and Finance Admin, subject to school/object scope and the particular operation. Advanced Campaign Admin, Advanced Form Admin, Communications Admin and Reporting Admin do not by themselves supply these modification permissions. An authorized administrator should grant only the role/scope needed; donor ownership or a valid private management link is a separate access path. A card update can affect subscriptions sharing that payment source, so permission to manage the affected subscriptions is required.
