Full Stripe gift refund and donor-covered processing amount

In the ordinary contribution creation flow, the donor-covered processing amount is added to the contribution's charged value. The full-refund action for a Stripe gift refunds that full value; it does not subtract the donor-covered amount first. Thus this full-refund path includes that amount. Confirm the actual gift/payment and refund amount before proceeding; partial refunds, other processors and the school's processor fee expense are separate questions. Do not equate the donor's refund with reversal of every fee charged to the institution.
