Send an existing receipt to an administrator's email

The receipt-resend action queues the existing gift; it does not accept an arbitrary replacement recipient. The ordinary gift notification uses the saved payer email. Do not change the donor's recorded email merely to obtain a staff copy. Ask authorized support about retrieving the existing notification or another approved copy workflow, identifying the actual gifts and intended recipient. Sending yourself a template test gives sample content, not that donor's historical receipt.
