The pledge form collects a fixed commitment/payment schedule, not an automatic amount-per-win, goal, save or shutout calculation tied to season results. Collect the contingent commitment outside automatic billing, calculate the confirmed amount after results, and invite the donor to submit that final gift through a giving form. Do not turn a custom question into assumed authorization to charge an unknown future amount.
