Future first recurring payment is conditional

The future-start selector is enabled through a matching Smart Appeals email batch with future recurring run dates. It is not a universal donor/admin recurring-gift setup field. Editing a next payment date after checkout must not be presented as postponing an already initiated first payment. Confirm the supported future-start workflow with support, or initiate an ordinary recurring gift on the intended date.
